ALL APPOINTMENTS should be requested through the scheduling website, www.vagaro.com/healthyhairrepublic

This is how we communicate with our guests, and how we track important details about your healthy hair journey. You may also download the Vagaro app to your smart phone. If you would like to request, edit, or cancel an appointment within 48 hours, you will need to email the salon at healthyhairrepublic@gmail.com (PHONE CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE HONORED UNLESS THEY ARE SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS *FULL SERVICE AMOUNT WILL BE DUE FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS). â€‹

CANCELLATION POLICY: 2- day (within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment) cancelations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount, due before any future appointment requests can be accepted. 

Please arrive to your appointment with your hair 100% detangled and ready for your service to ensure an efficient experience. Guest arriving with hair that is not properly detangled will be charged and additional $35. If time does not permit for the full service because the client didn’t come properly detangled the full amount of initial service + $35 is still due. Unless, time permits, guests arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled. NOTE: You will be responsible for 50% of your full service amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENTS: Cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover) are accepted for services and products. Digital payments (Cashapp, Venmo, etc) and payments by check, are not accepted.

Children and additional guests are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced (ages 10+). Please understand, there is limited spacing to accommodate guests only. Should you be accompanied by a child, you will not be able to receive your service(s), and you will be responsible for 50% of your full service amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.

COVID-19: Masks will be required of all guests. There will be a short supply on-hand in case you do not have one, but you should plan to bring your own. A small additional fee may be added to your service if a mask is needed.
